Why did you decide to invest in renewable energy?
I’m keen on environmental issues and came across heat pumps as an excellent, low-carbon and very efficient mode of heating.

Very good, very approachable – there was always someone at the end of the phone. I had full confidence in them from the moment they started. They worked well together and they turned up when they said they would. My wife said: “Good plumbers are as rare as hen’s teeth and these are good!”. I was particularly happy with the whole package and that it was a combined service. There was good support all the way through the project.
Has the investment matched your expectations?
Yes. The running costs are low and the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) will contribute to the capital cost of the system. But the biggest benefit in my view is that it is environmentally-friendly.
